It is getting to that time of the year where voting will be at a frenzy. So here is one more thing for you to cast your ballot for, Northern Virginia Magazine Best of NoVa 2012. This survey has not started yet but should very soon. We at JJ Deli try to provide you with the best food and service at a reasonable price (have not changed prices in 3 years) as possible. We would really appreciate your support during this campaign. I will re-post when the survey starts with the instructions for voting.

My wife Jackie (The Or/gan/iz/er, www.jackietheorganizer.com) has gotten together with an organization to collect shoes of all sizes for those in need of them. It is called; Soles4Souls (www.solesforsouls.org). We are collecting new and used (clean and in good condition) shoes at the deli until January 28. This is a great way to start the new year by cleaning out your closet and finding a good home for your old soles. There is a Collection Box in the dining room of the club house. Thank you!!

I would like to take a moment to thank everyone for all of your support this past year. Jackie and I feel very blessed and fortunate to have you as part of our lives. Please stay safe and have a wonderful New Year’s. I look forward to seeing you soon!

It is never too early to start planning your upcoming events; Golf Outings, Graduations, Weddings/Rehearsal Dinners….Dates tend to fill up quickly as these events always seem to happen at the same time. Get your reservations in soon.
